I believe leadership is not something we do, it’s something we live.
It starts with identity, grows through intention, and comes alive when our purpose aligns with our actions.
For more than 20 years, I have worked at the intersection of leadership, people, and change. My journey has taken me from the boardrooms and operations of a global mining company, to coaching leaders, facilitating culture transformation, and supporting organisations across sectors to evolve with clarity and authenticity.
Today, as the founder of Catalyst Evolution, I support leaders, teams and organisations to grow with purpose, lead with courage and create workplaces where people thrive and meaning drives performance.

My Journey
For 21 years, I served in various leadership roles within a global mining and processing company, gaining experience across operations, organisational development, performance, culture, change management and leadership support.
Across seven different roles and twelve assignments, I became known as:
• A systems thinker
• An internal consultant
• A leadership partner
• A people-centred strategist
• A connector of ideas, people and purpose
I learned how organisations work, not only on paper, but through people, behaviour and conversation.
When the organisation entered yet another restructuring, I knew it was time to step boldly into the next chapter:
to create a leadership and organisational development practice built on purpose, authenticity and meaningful change.
Catalyst Evolution was born from that calling.
